I have been affiliated with 2 big firms and have been in the business nearly 15 years. However, over the years those companies became more interested in the "bottom line" and not their brokers or clients. This is completely opposite of Brookstone Securities. Tony T. uses the approach "what can I do for my Brokers to help them grow and service their clients" then he takes that approach and goes above and beyond what you would expect. I've known Tony for just about my entire professional career...over 15 years. Over that time I have learned, and I can tell you without reservation, that he is a man of his word and will do what's right, even if it hurts. "I started my career as a broker at a major Wire House. About two years into my new career, I began to notice a culture of "benefit the firm first, the client last." I left the wire house, and went to a major Insurance firm looking for a better option for my clients. Once again, I learned that client service came last in line to current monthly production. Like all Brokers/Advisors who transition, they are usually offered "the moon," then find out the truth too late.
