Brookstone does not incorporate the "150 mile" rule, which states that a branch manager must supervise those reps only within 150 miles of their office of operation. Therefore, if you are a principal, you may supervise a representative in any state across the country providing the FINRA guidelines are met.
Non-Registered branches/affiliates will not be subject to aligning themselves with an OSJ and can opt for supervision from the home office of Brookstone at no additional charge or change in payout.
It’s just another advantage of aligning with a boutique, rep friendly Broker/Dealer like Brookstone.
